Refund and Returns Policy

SilvooShine, we care deeply about your shopping experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a smooth and transparent return and refund process.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
The item must be in the same condition as received, with all tags, stickers, and labels intact.

Return is not applicable for:

Customized or personalized items
Items purchased during a sale or promotional discount
Earrings or nose rings (due to hygiene reasons)
How to Initiate a Return
Email Us: Send an email to care@silvooshine.com with:

Approval: Once we approve your return request, you will receive the return shipping instructions.

Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
Wrong product sent
Damaged item received
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:

You will receive an email notification about the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer.Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at care@silvooshine.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the product is dispatched.
Once dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.

Shipping Address for Returns

(We will share the complete return address upon approval of your request to ensure secure processing.)
