Payments are accepted via secure payment gateways. For Cash on Delivery (COD), additional charges may apply.

Orders & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, you will receive an email/SMS confirmation.

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase or before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

SilvooShine reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious activity.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the estimated timelines mentioned on our website. However, delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control (courier delays, festivals, natural calamities, etc.).

Delivery charges, if applicable, will be mentioned at checkout.

Risk of product loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to our Refund & Returns Policy.

Customized/personalized items, earrings, and nose rings are not eligible for returns due to hygiene and customization.
